The Center for Social and Economic Development (CSED) is established in support of the efforts of the Member States of the European Union to reduce social inequality and create conditions for economic growth. CSED works to facilitate the transfer of knowledge, know-how and exchange of experience in the fields of management, administrative capacity building, cross-border cooperation, research and innovation. The Center for Social and Economic Development implements various projects and initiatives aimed at increasing economic competitiveness, improving public sector efficiency and integrating vulnerable groups.

Since 2016 the team of the Center for Social and Economic Development has successfully implemented projects and initiatives in Central and Eastern Europe, Central Asia and the Black Sea Region.
